Ideas date. A concept that was new a year ago may now be common currency, or may have been overtaken by events. Rather than delete it, I move it here.

Nothing here has been thrown away. Each piece was current when it was written, and is kept as a record of how the thinking developed. It may no longer reflect my view or the state of play, so where that matters the piece carries a note saying so.

Over time this will grow into a reference library of presentations, concepts and arguments, including the ones that were once new and are no longer in vogue.

The Lutnick Letter

A documented timeline on AI governance and access to capable models. It follows a sequence of decisions and asks who benefits from them.

Kept for reference. Parts of this piece describe a situation that has since moved on, so read it as a record of its moment, not as current guidance.
